Virginia Water Art Society will meet on Wednesday February 4 at the community centre, Beechmont Avenue, Virginia Water, on at 7.15pm.
The demonstation by John Harris will be on the subject of landscapes in oils and acrylics and entry is free for members and £3 for guests, including refreshments and a frame sale.

A pensioner was seriously injured after the car she was passenger in drove into a tree that had been blown across the road by high winds.
The incident happened on Saturday January 10 in Wellington Avenue, Virginia Water, near Wellington Bridge at about 9.50pm
An author from Virginia Water is hoping her new book will provide the perfect solution for filling some spare time.
Blanche White has written A Holiday of Short Reads, a collection of 10 short stories, set across different countries, with plots ranging from the mystery of a police investigation into an abandoned car, recollections of a wartime liaison, an alcoholic executive and visitors from space.
