The popular village fete returns to Cabrera Green on Saturday, June 27 from 12noon until 5pm.
The Carnival Capers event, organised the Virginia Water Community Association, is now in its 25th year, will feature archery, dance groups, a steel band, morris dancers, classic cars, dog show, rides, stalls and lots of different refreshments.
TORY glory was enjoyed at Thursday (June)(4) night's elections held at Egham Leisure Centre.
Foxhills and Virginia Water county council candidate, Melville Few romped his way into a seat with nearly four times the votes of his nearest rival.
Fellow Conservative, Anthony Ridge-Newman also claimed his Virginia Water seat in the Runnymede Borough by-election.
Firefighters tackled the blaze after a van engine caught fire in Lyne Road, on Friday, May 29 at 11.35pm.
Officers in breathing apparatus brought the fire under control.
